3/30 Professor Feedback Template

Updated: Nov 7, 2025

Our Quiet study session was so much of a success that we will be bringing it back during finals week! As for tonights meeting:

We’re launching a new resource: the DNA Professor Feedback Letter Template.

This template is designed to help students give professors constructive, respectful feedback on how to make their classes more inclusive for neurodivergent learners. It includes language you can adapt to highlight small changes—like posting slides in advance, recording lectures, or structuring assignments clearly—that make a big difference for students with different learning styles, processing speeds, or attention needs.

Our goal is to empower students to advocate for classrooms where everyone can succeed. The template is ready to use for mid-semester check-ins, end-of-term evaluations, or even one-on-one emails with faculty. You don’t have to navigate this alone—DNA will also host a short workshop on how to personalize the letter for your own courses.

Together, we can build a more inclusive learning culture at Duke.
