Hi all! Feeling overwhelmed by finals? You don’t have to face it alone. The Duke Neurodiversity Advocates (DNA) is hosting Finals Week Planner Night—a hands-on session to help you map out your study schedule.

We’ll provide personalized paper planners (and digital templates if you prefer) so you can:

  • Block out time for each exam, paper, or project.

  • Schedule built-in breaks and rest time to avoid burnout.

  • Balance study sessions with meals, sleep, and movement.

  • Leave with a clear, realistic plan for finals week.
